Well hey there! My name is Katie Rutherford! Welcome to HarKins Essthetics! I am married to my husband, Justin who is a firefighter and we have three gorgeous girls, Kinsley, Tessa and Harlow. A little more about me, I worked at Wishard Hospital right out of high school working my way up from a care tech position to student nurse, grad nurse and RN. I attended IUPUI and graduated nursing school in 2007. After working a few years in Critical Care, in 2011 I started working towards my Master’s Degree at Ball State University. I graduated with my MSN in 2014, took my boards in Spring of 2015 and started practicing as a Family NP at a walk in clinic. Four years into my NP career, I decided to try my hand at Geriatric Care and worked in a couple nursing homes managing the care of nursing home residents and short term rehab patients. When Covid hit, I was laid off and went back to urgent care. Since then I have always sought out work I truly loved and enjoyed. When I had my own personal experiences with Botox and Filler I just knew THIS was where I wanted to be in my career. I wanted so badly to help other women and men feel what I felt when I looked in that mirror to see my results. That feeling was priceless. So here I am. I am so excited to be with you on your journey of self love. I am here for you and I look forward to helping you achieve the results you yearn for.
